Coastal Residential Service

Coastal Residential Service is a not-for-profit NDIS-approved provider that works to create a space for people with disability to exercise their right to participate and be in community life in northwestern Tasmania.

As part of its services, it offers housing for people with a mental and physical disabilities that caters to their needs while still facilitating being active participants in community life and pursuing their goals.

Since working with GTM, Coastal Residential Service has become a leader within the disability service sector in Tasmania. Its CEO, Dee-Anne Kapene, has become the voice that amplifies the concerns of the disability community and shares its messages with people across Australia.

While partnering with GTM, Coastal Residential Service has advocated for its cause on a national, state, and regional level and has shared its message on ABC Radio Hobart, Seven News Tasmania, The Australian, Canberra Times, and ABC Newsradio among many other outlets and publications.
