Good Talent Media provided excellent public relations advice and support to Wintringham when we launched our supported accommodation service in Dandenong for older people and their adult children with disabilities.
They developed a high level communications strategy and achieved great media coverage for us on ABC TV news, The Age and local newspapers. As part of ongoing communications support they redesigned our staff newsletter and worked with our local services to achieve media coverage for events and activities. All of this helped improve our brand both externally and internally. The positive coverage in local papers attracted new supporters and donors to our organisation.

Media exposure presents an excellent opportunity if handled correctly. Otherwise it can go badly wrong or present inconsistent messages and damage your brand. Good Talent Media provided our directors and executive an excellent balance of theory and practical with their half day training session, if I had to fault it, then I’d say we should have invested in a full day. Launch Housing engaged Good Talent Media to promote our social enterprise, HomeGround Real Estate, to property owners that we had not been able to reach by the methods we had so far employed. They understood our project very quickly and brought a depth of knowledge that we do not hold as a not-for-profit service delivery agency. They secured excellent and highly relevant media coverage, including Channel 7 TV and ABC Radio’s PM program as well as online stories and coverage in The Age.
